Orders, Shipping and Delivery Order Processing

Customs & Import Duties

• Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and fees.

Shipping Liability

• Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon dispatch.
• Solvara is not responsible for delivery delays due to shipping carriers, customs agencies, or incorrect addresses.

Returns and Rufunds Eligibility

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Only unopened, unused products in original condition may be eligible.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Opened, used, or tampered items
• Requests made beyond the return window
