At Solvara, our commitment to integrity extends beyond our formulations and into every stage of your product experience, including how your order arrives at your door. This shipping policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure full transparency and peace of mind.

 

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • All products undergo lab testing, sealing, and quality control before shipment to uphold our purity promise

 

Shipping Regions & Methods

  • We ship worldwide using trusted courier services.
  • Domestic (within England, Scotland and N.Ireland): Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
  • International: Delivery in 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. Promotional offers, such as free shipping, may apply during special campaigns.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Solvara is not liable for any customs delays or rejections. Please check with your local authorities to ensure your order complies with local import regulations

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Solvara is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping fees will apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@solvara.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or carrier investigation reports. Replacements or refunds will be provided at our discretion

 

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection:

  • Customers are responsible for re-shipping charges
  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs

 

Risk Transfer & Liability

Once a parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. While we will assist where possible, Solvara is not liable for third-party carrier issues once a package has left our facility.

 

Acts Beyond Our Control

Solvara shall not be held responsible for delivery failures or delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs hold-ups, strikes, public unrest, or carrier disruptions.
