Refund policy

At Solvara, our mission is to deliver products of uncompromising purity, sourced with intention and handled with care. Each batch is tested; each order is sealed with integrity. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Please read the following Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number, confirmation email).
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds for:
- Opened, used, or tampered items
- Orders reported beyond the 7-day window
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Change-of-mind purchases
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us at support@solvara.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A description of the issue
We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—at our discretion.
Return Process (If Approved)
If your refund request is approved:
- You will receive return instructions by email.
- Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Solvara packing error or product issue.
Refunds on Late or Missing Deliveries
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Refunds for undelivered orders will be considered only after the carrier confirms the package was not delivered.
Subscription Refunds
If you’re on a subscription plan:
- You may cancel any time before the next billing cycle.
