This is my little magic jar, I love it!
It’s so good, it’s helped with my monthly cramps. I’m normally wiped out for a good 3 days, I’ve taken days off from work before because of it.
A little goes a long way and you’d need a bit of patience. I was desperate and had nothing to loose so gave this Shatavari a go. Of course I did a bit of research before trying it and it fit what I needed. After using for a few weeks, I had it every morning in my shakes, I noticed a change in my next cycle and my energy levels weren’t as low.
The cramps were there but more tolerable. And then the rest is history, my cycles after were bearable. I wasn’t written off for days and I no longer need to take days off.
Highly recommend this to my girlies!

I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I was hoping for some relief.

My periods have never been awful enough to send me running to the doctor, but they were frustrating enough. Irregular cycles, bloating, PMS, and cramps that would usually stick around for the first couple of days every month.

After reading about the benefits of Shatavari, I decided to give Solvara’s Shatavari Powder a try. A few months in, I’ve noticed some really positive changes.

The first thing I noticed was that my mood felt more balanced around my period and my PMS symptoms weren’t as intense. My cycle has also become more regular, which was one of the main reasons I wanted to try it in the first place.

The biggest improvement has been with cramps. Previously, I’d expect cramping for the first two days of my period. Since using the powder, it reduced to mainly the first day. Now, after continued use, I often only experience a few hours of cramping, and not even every cycle. It’s become more of an every-other-cycle occurrence rather than something I automatically expect every month.

I’ve also added Solvara’s Ashwagandha Powder to my evening routine and love combining the two.

My bedtime drink recipe:

• Hot milk
• A pinch of turmeric
• A pinch of black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Solvara Ashwagandha Powder
• ¼ teaspoon Solvara Shatavari Powder
• Honey to taste

It’s become a comforting nightly ritual, and I’ve also noticed an improvement in my sleep. I used to wake up at least twice a night and struggle to get back to sleep. Now I’m sleeping much more soundly and waking up feeling far more rested.

I’ve also done my review for the Ashwagandha; this company has deserved 2 reviews!

Overall, I’m really happy with the results. It’s been one of those changes where the improvements happened gradually, but when I look back, the difference is definitely noticeable.
